Love Never Stops Loving

In loving memory of Carol

I learned to know you Carol as a colleague and as the mother figure at the Salvation Army Little Gearge Street homelessness hostel now called Logos House. You were much loved and respected by staff and residents. With Bram you inspired and drove forward modernisation and professional development of the homelessness and addiction services whilst showing great example of juggling different roles in your life.  For me you were inspirational professional who could handle even difficult situations with love and clarity. You gave a great example how you combined motherhood with your strong calling to support people in need. Your loving way to truly connect with people  is something very special and will be always remembered. You met people with open mind and open heart, it was so comfortable to approach you, you had a true skill to listen in order to seek understanding. It is a rare quality that you had, you gave people an opportunity to be properly heard and understood. I always felt you could accept each person as they are whilst praying that God would take their life to the right path. You were also a great blessing to us as a family as we suddenly needed childcare. You looked after our young boys with great love and care. I am forever grateful! You have left a long living legacy and changed so many lives with your love and care.

I am praying that Jesus will  wrap Bram and girls with His comfort and love. You will remain in our prayers. I know that Carol’s love stays alive through you.

Love never stops loving 1 Cor 13:8 TPT

Rest in peace dear Carol and thank you for your life long service to express the love of God to others.
